The Top Workplaces list is based entirely on results of an employee feedback survey administered by Workplace Dynamics, LLC, a research firm specializing in organizational health and workplace improvement. It comes on the heels of AKHIA’s receipt of a 2017 Smart Culture Award in April, recognizing the critical role that a strong culture has played in the organization’s success.

The two awards are not a coincidence, according to AKHIA President Ben Brugler, who notes that AKHIA’s strong culture is a fundamental part of what makes the agency a Top Workplace.
